Description
Teghout CJSC is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of HR Specialist.

Responsibilities
- Work with the staff according to the general objectives of enterprise development;
- Participate in the work of Company's structural subdivisions (organization and coordination of human resource management) to hire people with required specialty and qualification;
- Conduct trainings for the staff;
- Participate in employees' work, recruitment and evaluation of attestation results;
- Responsible for the study of issues related to the professional growth of personnel and their motivation;
- Participate in the adaptation programs of employees who are in a probation period;
- Participate in social development planning of the staff and resolution of labor disputes;
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Company's HR policy;
- Participate in the planning and implementation of training programs, team making, personnel certification and organizational development;
- Participate in the development and implementation of motivation system as well as increase of staff loyalty;
- Participate in the development of human capital development.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of 1C, MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel) and Internet browsing;
- Knowledge of the Company vision and values, social and environmental responsibility policies and goals.
