Description
Gamble Beast is looking for an energetic and experienced Human Resources Manager (HRM) who is responsible for all human resources systems, policies and procedures, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management (evaluations), conflict resolution, compensation/rewards management and ensuring compliance with governing regulations.

Responsibilities
-Develop HR policies, systems, and procedures, including regular reviews and updates
-Communicate human resource policies and procedures to all staff and guide/facilitate the implementation of new/revised systems through continuous interaction with line managers and other staff members
-Recruit, headhunt, interview and coordinate hiring process based on role opening and job descriptions
-Review the performance of staff and suggest promotions, demotions or terminations
-Monitor and ensure employees proper attendance
-Communicate with external vendors and contractors to get things done in the company's best interests
-Organize and execute team-building events
-Suggest improvement ideas together with their implementation plans
-Advise management on personnel issues
-Field employee questions and concerns
-Develop and communicate employee safety and security procedures

RequiredQualifications
-University degree in Human Resources, General Business, Management, Communication or a related field
-At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources
-Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and principles
-Proven generalist knowledge of key employment regulations
-Experience in administering compensation and benefits
-Strong knowledge of local labor law and employment practices
-In-depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel. Good knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus
-Ability to develop systems and policies
-Strong organizational skills
-Team player with excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
-Self-starter, goal-getter (finisher), detail-oriented (perfectionist)
-Eager to continuously improve by learning, applying and growing
-Proven multi-tasking and prioritization skills
