Anelik Bank CJSC is seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Retail Sales Coordination Division for effective and accurate organization and control of the activities of the Division.

Responsibilities
- Organize and control retail sales;
- Organize and hold sales-related trainings;
- Assess the market on the subject of products available in the Bank;
- Responsible for the delivery of sales plans set by the retail management;
- Supervise the works of the sales staff in branches;
- Responsible for the quality of credit portfolio;
- Responsible for the organization and performance of the measures taken for the attraction of clients;
- Take part in the development of new products in line with the market demands.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics/ Finance;
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in the banking sales sector;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office);
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Ability to hold training sessions;
- Good communication and negotiating skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work in different situations and be quick in making decisions;
- Managerial capabilities;
- Excellent training and directing skills.
