Responsibilities
- Develop and Support CRM and Core Banking Front-end Applications
- Provide 1-st Level of support to employees on Front-End Application
- Provide 2-nd Level of support to employees on Back-end and Finance Applications
- Create and maintain custom reports by business needs
- Proactively implement all needed maintenance tasks and schedule updates
- Be in contact with Application Development and Support teams to ensure highest quality service
- Stay up-to-date with current frameworks, tools and libraries
- Perform other tasks, as required
RequiredQualifications
- More than 2 years of experience in Core Banking software support
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server coding and development
- Experience in supporting large-scale enterprise finance applications
- Experience in support and development of Armenian Software Products
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of any application development language is a plus
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Self-motivated and proactive personality, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
