Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy, content marketing strategy and SEO strategy, and set goals to increase brand awareness and user engagement
• Optimise and manage company’s social media pages and channels such as, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter
• Manage WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns and all ad campaigns on social media
• Engage and communicate with followers in an interactive, timely and kind manner
• Create content for social media accounts and advertising campaigns
• Develop and implement an international SEO strategy, including on-site optimization and link building
• Generate edit, publish and share daily content (text, videos, images, etc); monitor posts’ results
• Measure, analyse and communicate SEO and social media campaign results on a daily basis; use the findings to positively affect user outcomes
• Carryout research on competitors and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers and programmers to optimise company website
• Collaborate with designer and support the development of multimedia content
• Keep track of the latest social media news and trends

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience delivering successful SEO and social media campaigns
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to hold conversations in English with users through social media channels
• Strong experience with SEO techniques, content marketing, context ads (Google AdWords etc.), digital display ads (Google Display Network, Social Media ads) and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube)
• Understanding of social media metrics; ability to interpret the results and act to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Search Tools, Search Ranking Platforms, MixPanel, etc
• Strong multitasking skills
• Be motivated, self-driven, positive and flexible
• A team player, willing to learn and support the team
