Description
Partner Support Team Lead will be responsible for managing a group of employees to complete the day-to-day operations of the front line team. S/he will be responsible for developing an inspiring team atmosphere; will supervise team's daily actions in adherence with company targets and requirements. The incumbent is supposed to have 15+ direct reports.

Responsibilities
-Create an engaging team environment
-Recruit new hires for the team, introduce new members
-Oversee day-to-day operation: manage, plan, coordinate daily job done by the team
-Make up the schedule of the staff to guarantee 24/7 customer service
-Evaluate the job of the staff, have one to one meetings with each of them
-Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
-Listen to team members' feedback, give solutions to any issues or conflicts
-Motivate team members providing constructive feedback on the job done
-Communicate team targets and company policy and/or procedure changes with the staff
-Discover training needs and provide coaching
-Come up with proposals regarding team processes development
-Direct involvement in projects regarding partner support team
-Development and regularly updating processes, procedures and other job related documents related to the Partner Support Team, in close cooperation with Head of Customer Support Department
-Manage yearly vacation/days off planning of the staff
-Participate in weekly, monthly, daily meetings preparing reports of all types, if needed
-Report all activities to the Head of Customer Support Department

RequiredQualifications
-Degree in management or training in team leading
-Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages (written and verbal) in addition to Armenian
-Prior experience as a front line employee is a plus
-2 plus years of prior experience in managerial position
-Excellent leadership, communication and management skills
-Ability to work in high pressure and in stressful situations
-Readiness to learn new software or other working tools
