Responsibilities
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
- Develop and implement operational policies
- Oversee budgeting, reporting and planning
- Work with senior stakeholders
- Develop new sales leads, and work with existing contacts
- Work with the management to determine short-and long-term goals
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Build partnerships with other organizations
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/operations management/economics or related field
- Experience or knowledge of operations, management and finance
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to grow and develop with the company
- Good to excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and/or English (preferably – all three languages)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Avid learner and a self-starterpersonality, ability to work under pressure proactively and independently
