Responsibilities

- Handle all aspects of Lingostar Educational Program, including Students' initial assessments
- Guiding students through the center "flow" – book selecting, independent reading, online testing interviewing, book reports guiding and marking
- Monitor the center "flow" and motivate students to achieve their goals
- Monitor student progress utilizing data analysis
- Provide regular student assessment reports specifying strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations
- Mark all tasks that students complete in a session and fill out post-speaking session comments
- Teach, educate, motivate
- Give feedback to parents

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or above in English Language Arts OR
- Certification to be qualified to be an English teacher (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, etc)
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English is a must (will be tested)
- Previous experience teaching English
- Enjoying being with kids & teens and passionate about education industry
- Having organizational skills
- Being able to work under stressful circumstances
- Having good written and verbal communication skills
- Being able to work with a team
- Having strong work ethic
- Being patient
- Being able to deal with students from different backgrounds
- Being able to understand student´s needs
