JOB TITLE: Documentation Flow Coordinator-Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Incumbent will be responsible for managing, controlling and monitoring of the Company's documentation flow.

Responsibilities
-Oversee flow of the settlement documents and packages delivered via postal services within the scope of the Bank's current documentation flow instruction
-Conduct monitoring of settlement documents related to effective agreements
-Prepare settlement documents (performance reports, interim and final acceptance acts), where necessary
-Make sure that the warehouse receipt and accompanying documentation are submitted to the Financial Department
-Check and verify the settlement documents for the services procured on regular basis
RequiredQualifications
-University degree
-At least 2 years of relevant work experience
-Knowledge of bank accounting fundamentals, banking legislation and prudential standards
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
-Analytical thinking
-Team player skills
-Smart decision-making and problem-solving skills
