Responsibilities
- Develop the most interesting polling questions in the world and make sure that each user has questions that are of huge interest to them
- Manage questions sent from thousands of users
- Manage other editors' content within the particular category
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for excellent user experience
- Make sure that the application is always updated with content around the latest breaking news in pop culture, politics, sports, and other categories
- Work with product and marketing teams for better content delivery
- Develop a consistent feedback loop to improve the overall user experience continually
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or other relevant degree is required
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation and editing (i.e., web content, blogs, campaigns, social media)
- Experience in creating and conducting surveys is a plus
- Understanding of basic survey questionnaire creation principles
- Active user of Quora and Reddit
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Regular user of social media platforms
- Understanding of social media platform best practices
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks as new challenges and goals arise in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting regular deadlines
- The willingness to take ownership in projects is essential
