Responsibilities

- Create innovative strategies and implement processes in accountant functions
- Organize, analyze and evaluate financial statements and reports
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable records and statements
- Perform reconciliation of customer balances and bank accounts
- Prepare and analyze other financial statements
- Develop sales database with invoices and payments details
- Prepare periodical financial statements and records for the management
- Assist and support audit teams in evaluating and assessing the accounting systems
- Ensure the highest degree of standards in accountant functions
- Manage and oversee the entire accounting team
- See that tax consults and onboarding procedures are in place for new clients

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years' experience on the same position
- Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Expertise working with financial statements
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
- Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Able to thrive in deadline-driven environment
- Able to motivate the team and lead by example
