XNTrends is eager to engage to its team a hard-working and enthusiastic about achieving the daily goals Senior Java Developer. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing specifications and modifying programs and components, which include the coding, testing, debugging and installation of code to support the Company's applications. The tasks will be implemented according to requirements, specifications and/ or design document(s).

Responsibilities
- Provide full life cycle development in Java;
- Understand and implement coding standards;
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions;
- Communicate with client to determine problems or design requirements;
- Learn and adopt new technologies in a short period of time as required by the project;
- Analyze, debug and rectify issues arising out of QA observations or otherwise;
- Participate in daily scrums, cater to other documentation needs following an Agile methodology;
- Design solutions for complex projects;
- Coordinate with the customer to review software application requirements;
- Provide/ propose technical solutions and architectural design for enhancement;
- Provide on-call support as assigned;
- Consistently meet task deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybernetics or other relevant field;
- Proficiency in developing multi-tier solutions;
- Ability to develop front end web functionality using Java;
- Practical experience with Java, J2EE, SWT, ANT HTML, JavaScript and JQuery;
- Good knowledge of Hibernate, Struts and Spring framework;
- Experience with cloud services;
- Strong technical and analytical, problem-solving skills;
- Strong technical knowledge and development skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues;
- Ability to work collaboratively with users and IT team members to understand business requirements;
- Ability to collaborate with other IT professionals to achieve common project goals;
- Ability to work on multiple projects/ priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
