Responsibilities

- Test current products and identifying deficiencies
- Test current products according to the documentations to find bugs and error cases. Describe the sequence of steps leading to bugs/errors in a way to be able to reproduce them
- Be able to develop the lifecycle and be responsible for the control of previously occurred issues which can be inspected or not and ensure their further proper performance
- Investigate product quality for improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Oversee continuous improvement projects
- Collect quality data
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

RequiredQualifications

- At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, ability to accept criticism
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
