Responsibilities
- Understanding the specifics of the hotel contracts
- Undressing the software features
- Finding out the best solution to upload the hotel contracts and promotions in the related software
- Uploading stop sales of hotels and tours
- Support, investigate and solve queries and bugs with clients, team members, hotels, and technology supplier
- Work closely with contracting team to ensure and accuracy of loadings
- Support Product and Marketing departments to publish selected promotions
- Monitoring of the tasks and sharing the initial plans of the projects with other team members and management
- Maintain the shared data base as well as the information related with the projects by following established processes
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Economics, Sciences, Accounting or in a related field
- High level of English (especially writing and reading)
- Attentive to details
- Analytical thinking
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to manage numbers and data
- Ability to learn technical systems quickly
- Ability to work within a multicultural team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
