Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service through online chat, email and phone support.
- Quickly address customer issues and provide the best solution.
- Provide detailed information about our solution, upsell and crosssell where applicable.
- Manage growing customer base of HireBee Kazakhstan employers from all over CIS region.
- Be part of HireBee team, and support teammates as required.
RequiredQualifications
- Native Russian speaker, good knowledge of English is required, knowledge of Armenian is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
- Ability to be patient and understanding
- Experience in the field is a plus
- Knowledge of Kazakh language is a big plus.
