Description
Responsibilities
- Development and introduction of new mechanisms of retail product development,
- Introduction of new products and ensuring of development of current products,
- Development of internal acts regulating the processes of retail products,
- Implementation of analyses of the market and products offered by competitors,
- Implementation of behavior and demands of clients based on internal and external sources of information,
- Implementation of measures aimed at ensuring the relevance and competitiveness of products for a certain segment of clients,
- Analysis of efficiency of current products,
- Development and implementation of marketing campaigns for retail products together with other subdivision,
- Holding of seminars for sales staff in terms of introduction/modification of new and current products,
- Holding negotiations, development of corresponding offer packages, implementation of joint projects,
- Preparation of relevant reports as assigned by functional supervisor,
- Submission of materials for the approval of the Chairman of the Management Board,
- Other functions as provided by internal legal acts of the Bank.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics/Finance;
- 4 years of work experience in the financial-banking sector, 2 out of which in the sales field;
- Knowledge of RA banking legislation;
- Ability to perform works in a timely and proper manner;
- Good knowledge of MS Office software package, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of LS Soft will be a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Ability to work independently;
- Presentation skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team.
