Responsibilities
- Scheduling/facilitating sprint planning meeting(s) prior to the beginning of each sprint. Work with product owners and delivery teams to groom stories in advance of each sprint;
- Scheduling/facilitating daily stand up, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile / Scrum ceremonies;
- Representing the team at the Scrum of Scrums meetings to report on progress and any impediments that need attention from leadership;
- Facilitating impediment resolution in a timely, cost effective manner;
- Being active in the external network of Scrum Masters to receive mentoring from Agile coaches as well as provide coaching for other teammates sharing best practices and lessons learned;
- Teaching/Mentoring/Coaching teams on Agile practices, roles, artifacts and ceremonies;
- Managing business relationships with other component teams necessary for product release;
- Identifying opportunities for continuous operational and/or team improvements.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher Education
- 3+ years as Scrum Master on Agile Projects
- Understand other development processes and methodologies and can leverage other techniques to provide value to the team
- Develop strategies for agile team improvement (Senior Agile Expert & Consultant)
- Understanding the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
