Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
- Create engaging job postings and send to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. to attract the best qualified candidates;
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.;
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and attitudes;
- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
RequiredQualifications
- Proven work experience (2 or more years) as a Recruiter in tech companies;
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews;
- Manage the entire offer process from setting hiring managers, reference checks and offer generation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain effectiveness during change;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- BS/MS in relevant sphere;
- Armenian, English and Russian oral and written communications skills.
