Description
Responsibilities
- Develops, organizes and implements personnel training and professional development programs, using individual and group methods, trainings, conferences and consultations,
- Plans and carries out the staff assessment process in accordance with the approved timetable, as well as assists the unit managers in evaluating employees' capacities and capacity building;
- Develops and introduces staff assessment procedures and documents, templates, tests, evaluation forms,
- Evaluates the need for staff training, together with unit managers, identifies employee training needs,
- Compiles the annual training plan with a clear schedule according to the categories of employees and trainings (service, sales, conflict management, commodity-based care, cosmetic and non-medicinal products, time planning, computer skills development, and other soft skills development);
- Carry out training programs effectivity assessment,
- Oversees the offers of external training providers, organizes trainings by specialized organizations,
- Planning and recording costs for staff training and retraining, compiling the development budget,
- Develops effective motivation schemes to increase work efficiency,
- Participates in corporate culture development, organizes events aimed at the formation and development of corporate culture, spirit, team values,
- Participates in other HRM functions.
RequiredQualifications
- Experience in organizing sales is desirable,
- Ability to prepare presentations and apply other didactic means of teaching,
- Interpersonal skills in communicating and working with people in different situations,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Negotiation and problem solving, compelling presentation skills,
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills;
- Organizational, time planning and deadline skills,
- The ability of team building, motivation, leadership and engagement in work,
- Striving for continuous development, improving their own knowledge and abilities.
