Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting the HRM during the recruitment process and updating recruitment database,
- Reach out to shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews, conduct initial phone screens,
- Maintain personnel records and ansure employment contracts are compliant with legislative requirements,
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules and table sheet),
- Creating and posting job descriptions on job boards, career portals, etc.
- Assist in organizing the interviewing process,
- Designs and manages a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, employee retention and change management,
- Manages employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys,
- Manages the company-wide programs including the wellness, training, environmental health and safety, activity and culture and communications,
- Participate in different HR projects.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related fields,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages,
- At least 1 years of Human Resources Specialist,
- HR software skills is a plus,
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement is a plus,
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel,
- Willingness to learn and develop professionall,
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
- Excellent communication and listening skills,
- Excellent negotiation skills,
- Good ability to guide and inspire loyalty, honesty, and commitment to the Company.
