Responsibilities
- Identify the project beneficiaries
- Conduct needs assessment
- Develop individual plans for beneficiaries
- Support beneficiaries in developing job search strategies, job applications and interviews
- Follow the beneficiaries' progress according to their needs and abilities
- Provide the coaching
- Administer and score career development assessments
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in Psychology, Social Work and related fields
- Working experience with youth
- Ability and motivation to work with young people
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to self-manage and be a self-starter
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Russian languages
