Responsibilities
- Supervise food and beverage outlet operations,
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met,
- Plan, organize and control the daily operations,
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner,
- Ensure compliance of brand standards, follow all HACCP standards during the work day,
- Able to work in all areas of Food & Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, Banqueting,
- Ensure that the function space is visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event.
- Should posses in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.
- Guide the Banquet servers in set up of tables and place settings.
- Be familiar with all current and upcoming event details.
- Represent needs of the team,
- Assist Food & Beverage with achieving financial targets,
- Assist F&B Manager with training and developing the team,
- Cooperate with other departments and maintain good working relationships,
- Perform other tasks and duties requested by F&B manager.
RequiredQualifications
- 2-3 years of related experience in Hospitality/Food and Beverage,
- Knowledge in different table and skirting setup styles,
- Commitment in delivering high levels of customer service,
- Communication, motivation and leadership skills,
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations,
- Ability and willingness to work in a team and for the guests with the main slogan: “We are Hilton, We are Hospitality”,
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian.
