Description
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan and execute company operational tasks;
- Preparation of the company orders and other documentation.
- Be responsible for reception of the phone calls and messages readdressing in the office.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
- Carry out preparation and organizational assistance when holding meetings and other events.
- Create daily/weekly/monthly reports and demo the progress and current status to the Management
- Book travel arrangements.
- May be assigned in various functional areas of the company
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- Proficiency in English, Russian , Armenian (writing and speaking especially)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to perform as a team player ;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company;
- Very effective organizational skills.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in international or local company
