Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries from customers solving problems and providing outstanding customer support continuously
- Provide assistance and information to customers, answer their questions, suggesting solutions or redirecting requests to other relevant staff
- Answer calls, enter client information into the database, verify information and maintain the database
- Maintain the quality of support by adhering to standards and guidelines for answering customer inquiries, recommend improved procedures
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems
- Provide regular and on-demand reports to the line manager
RequiredQualifications
- Fluency in English language
- Experience in customer support, call centers, help desks or other relevant roles, preferably dealing with English speakers
- Outstanding customer service skills with customer focus
- Ability to analyze information and come up with solutions
- Positive, pragmatic, professional attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and memorize a considerable quantity of information
- Business communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- High attention to details
