Description
Arcatrans is looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Yerevan, working with Canadian customers by phone and by email.

Responsibilities
- Negotiate with logistics companies and shippers to obtain best rates for loads and service customer needs;
- Generate new leads and find loads using LoadLink (dispatcher software);
- Book, schedule, coordinate, track and trace and enter loads;
- Dispatch and assist drivers and carriers on routes, ensuring accurate recording of arrival and departure times;
- Track shipments from P/U to delivery and provide up-to-date information to customers;
- Maintain regular communication with shippers and receivers;
- Dispatch pickups and deliveries to the drivers;
- Assign trips and movements in the system;
- Work stably and steadily.

RequiredQualifications
- Ability to provide excellent customer service;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong command of English language, both verbal and written; ability to speak in English language clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations;
- Previous logistics/ transportation sales experience is highly preferred;
- Previous inside sales experience;
- Cold-calling/ business development experience;
- Outbound call experience;
- Customer service skills;
- High degree of telephone etiquette, confidence and professionalism in interacting with customers and carrier partners;
- Ability to multi-task.
