Responsibilities
- Manage customer’s expectations and maintain effective relationships at all level across customer groups.
- Comfortably present products and services to all levels of the organization, both internal and external.
- Ensure consistent service delivery to our customers in the Armenian market.
- Adopt consultative approach to understand customer challenges and opportunities in order to recommend the most relevant Sabre products/ services to meet their needs and drive business advantage.
- Engage key existing customers through regular reviews to strengthen partnership and provide relevant solutions to address their business challenges and meet their business strategies.
- Manage performances of existing Sabre solutions deployed to Sabre accounts.
- Create solutions tailored to exceed client expectations.
- Effectively cross-sell opportunities with other Sabre products and services.
- Provide project management and oversee key engagements to ensure successful implementations.
- Provide status to the field/ customers on product updates, enhancements and service changes.
- Ensure smooth migration from other GDS systems to Sabre during conversions.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Global Operations and other key stakeholders to drive Customer Solutions and Implementation activities.
- Maintain a high level of customer involvement positioning Sabre as an innovative growing player in the Armenian market.
- Document, implement and continuously improve best practices to promote positive change.
- Manage and control existing contracts and negotiating new contracts with strategic accounts.
- Deliver world class products and services through profitable renewal, conversion and new sale development.
RequiredQualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related industry.
- Solid understanding of the travel distribution and experience in the travel industry.
- Detailed knowledge of GDS technology, processes and automation including Sabre, competitors and third-party products and solutions.
- Understanding of Travel Agency workflow.
- Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to provide solutions to address customers’ needs with proactive approach.
- Experience in managing escalation and customer issues, keeping both Sabre and customer executives informed
- Strong internal and external customer relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse group of people with excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and team building skills.
- Comfortable with working in a dynamic, target driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer software skills; particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent Armenia, English and Russian speaker.
Desired Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive and very well organized.
- Be willing to work independently (after proper training) and be a self-starter. Be comfortable working in a dynamic, target driven environment.
- Project management experience would be an advantage
