Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver basic life skills and employability trainings
- Support beneficiaries in developing job search strategies, job applications and interviews
- Conduct a screening of available vocational training programmes and follow the beneficiaries' progress according to their needs and abilities
- Work as a liaison in collaborative relationships with the companies offering internships/ apprenticeships and all possible employers
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher level education in Social Work and related fields
- Working experience with youth
- Ability and motivation to work and train young people
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to self-manage and be a self-starter
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Russian languages
