"Sevani Ishkhan" CJSC is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join its team. The incumbent will be responsible for representing and protecting the interests of the Organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and review different types of contracts, normative and individual legal acts, internal regulations, notes and other legal documents;
- Monitor changes taking place in the legislative field and submit proposals to the management;
- Represent and protect the rights and interests of the Company in the courts and other institutions;
- Act on behalf of the Company at notary offices and other institutions;
- Prepare minutes of Board meetings;
- Provide legal advice to the Company's employees related to the Company's works;
- Perform other legal tasks as required.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Law;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the appropriate field;
- Excellent skills in communication and negotiation;
- Fluency in Armenian language; excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel.
