Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
- Set up and maintain an efficient and logical electronic and paper filing for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist the HR Officer in ordering office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Assist the Operations and Security Coordinator in ensuring smooth logistics, procurement, fleet and asset management
- Be responsible for the administrative and logistical organization of workshops, seminars, meetings and events (including preparation of invitations, agenda, minutes, etc.)
- Be responsible for the administrative and logistical support to international consultants/visitors visiting Armenia
- Organize translation of materials and documents
- Copy and scan various documents as needed
- Provide administrative support to project team members
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the core team of experts
- Perform Ad hoc duties as requested by supervisor
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 year experience in the related area
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Armenian and English, good knowledge of Russian would be an asset
- Advanced IT skills – particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and modern social media
- Readiness and openness to undertake new tasks and work with diverse teams
