Description
Zeppelin Armenia LLC is looking for a Parts and Service Sales Representative.
Responsibilities
- Apply good time and territory management practices while implementing a coverage plan;
- Prospect for new customers and new parts/ service revenue sources;
- Maintain accurate customer equipment information (contacts, addresses and status) within 1C system;
- Understand parts, service and machine performance literature and how to use the Service Information System (SIS);
- Identify and report on incremental opportunities for future sales both within the Product Support as well as other areas of the dealership;
- Responsible for calculation of the possible sales of parts to allocated customers according to their fleet operational status and annual utilization;
- Responsible for implementation and proper documentation of parts marketing programs and suggestion of new parts marketing programs according to current market situation;
- Implement cross-functional cooperation with the Logistics Department in processing and follow up of the parts ordering and delivery;
- Carry out cross-functional cooperation with the Service Department in terms of parts lists for repairs and CRC overhauls;
- Implement commercial offers preparation and presentation to customers for parts, components and services related to parts sales;
- Responsible for preparation and proceeding of the parts invoicing in 1C system and cross-functional cooperation with the Financial Department for proper proceeding of E-invoicing;
- Carry out follow-up and document flow control of parts sales via factoring; responsible for cooperation with customer and service providing bank;
- Provide input/ information into planning and budgeting process;
- Communicate with customers and control receivable situation of parts invoices, as well as control acceptance of the invoices in E-invoicing and in physical acceptance;
- Responsible for periodical parts sales analysis for different periods, major classes, intensity, etc.;
- In cooperation with Warranty Administrator implememnt control and proper documentation of goodwill procedures;
- Carry out periodical update of the customer fleet status to the Parts Marketing Specialist for proper PTOS information input;
- Responsible for input of corresponding activities and offers to MSD CRM;
- Implement in time and proper proceeding of the leads generated in MSD CRM by condition monitoring
- Responsible for in time and proper proceeding of recovery plan by customer according to TS results;
- Responsible for follow-up and proper documentation of lost sales and collection of information by competitors;
- In cooperation with Parts Marketing Specialist prepare and follow up OTO and different discount requests to CAT;
- Perform basic machine inspections to generate opportunity for customer interaction and sales.
RequiredQualifications
- Technical education;
- Fluent knowledge of English language;
- Analytical and sales skills;
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area and volume;
- Readiness for self-learning;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Flexibility to move to other region within country;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Computer skills; 1C user skills are an advantage.
