Responsibilities
- Manage Accounting department
- Report, analyse and ensure the integrity of all financial information
- Maintain, record and reconcile all general ledger accounts and be responsible for all company accounts
- Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
- Prepare Tax, Statistical and other reports according to the RA Legislation and deadlines
- Assist the Director of Finance in all stages leading to the preparation of all monthly financial reports and analyses
- Determine proper handling of financial transactions
- Responsible for inventory accounting
- Work with both internal and external auditors during financial audits
- Maintain and administer accounting software and database
- Perform other related duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or other related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, from which 3 years as a chief accountant and experience in the hotels is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of the Armenian tax legislation
- Advanced knowledge of 1C and Opera
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Flexible with timeframe and ability to keep the deadlines
