Description
Teghout CJSC is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for regular observation and data gathering on geomechanical situation in the open pit, determination of soil physical and mechanical properties;
- Monitor open pit geomechanical conditions through tools and equipment installed on site and in the lab;
- Assess geomechanical situation on the safety of mining operations;
- Develop recommendations on pit stability, identify geomechanical risks and propose pit stability improvement measures.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in the relevant field;
- At least 1 year of experience is preferable;
- Good knowledge of English language; excellent knowledge of English language is preferred; good knowledge of Russian language; excellent knowledge of Russian language is preferred;
- Computer skills in Word, Excel and Internet; knowledge of additional programs will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of the main indicators of the Company principles, objectives and activities policy regarding environment, social responsibility and safety.
