Responsibilities
AWS infrastructure
- Monitoring of servers
- Management of reserved instances
- Setup and adjustments of VPN
- Backup management
- Accounts management
- Incidents resolution SSL certificates renewal Maintenance of development environment (Updating Jira, Bamboo, New relic,..) Tasks related to network and servers improvements
- Creation of VPN server
- Autoscaling of DynamoDB
- Testing & Management of server applications
- Setup of routing for specific email communications
- Setup of AWS Performance Insights for RDS and evaluation of RDS instance size
- Testing of HTTP servers autoscaling Network management
- Adjustments and maintenance of network topology (Unifi) Management of workstations
- Management of updates and access to 10 Ubuntu and 10 WIndows workstations (e.g. through active directory)

- Time flexibility Technical knowledge & Experience (MUST HAVE):
- Proven experience with cloud computing services (preferably AWS)
- 5+ years experience in working with Linux distributions (min. 2 years proven system administration experience with Debian/Ubuntu)
- 1+ years experience with administration of Windows servers (Active directory, GPO, WSUS, SW Deployment)
- Good knowledge of computer networks and their troubleshooting (switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, vpn)
- Knowledge of administering network services (DHCP, DNS)
- Experience in managing PHP-based Web applications (configuring and fine tuning Apache, PHP, Varnish)
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL/MariaDB)
- basic maintenance and fine tuning
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash)
- Ability to work and make technical decisions independently
- Ability to write technical documentation in English Good to have:
- Experience with VMware ESXi
- Experience with (administering) continuous integration tools (Atlassian Bamboo or similar)
- Configuration management and automation on Linux workstations (e.g. Ansible, SaltStack)
- Creating and maintaining custom packages on Linux (Ubuntu/Debian)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, C/C++)
- Basic experience in Web development (php/js/html/css/node.js)
