Responsibilities
- Support, drive and monitor the activity of the sales team to develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients, program the events calendar to achieve targets set
- Execute the selling strategy to meet revenue expectations
- Conduct regular brand performance reporting, analysis, be involved in the business planning process, annual budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze trends, customer/clients buying behavior and implement approaches to ensure the company stays competitive in the market
- Maintain a good reputation for the products represented by the Company
- Plan and support new products launch plan
- Serve as primary contact person for the clients and potential customers and for day-to-day responsibilities for the sales team
- Ensure that department goals are communicated, understood and met by all employees
RequiredQualifications
- At least 3 years of B2B sales and management experience and a proven track record of success
- Outstanding organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to achieve results through others
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Computer literate, knowledge of 1C, CRM platforms will be considered as a plus
