Description
CARD AgroService is looking for an Agribusiness Specialist. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of the Agribusiness development projects.
Responsibilities
- Implement the process of Agribusiness development projects in accordance with project tasks and timelines, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
- Work with food processing clients, among them winemakers, dairy processors, fruit and vegetable processors. Identify needs of the sector and provide up-to-date information on new technologies presented by CARD AgroService Agribusiness Development Department to prospective clients;
- Organize sectoral promotional activities;
- Organize trainings seminars and trainings for CARD AgroService clients;
- Participate in project planning, provide recommendations on revision of project tasks to best meet the project deliverables and objectives;
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;
- Develop progress reporting for the Project Director;
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
- Implement other activities according to the task plan of a project.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Public or Business Administration or other related field;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Ability to communicate with team members and partners who come from a various spectrum of disciplines/ culture;
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, partners and stakeholders of the project;
- Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise;
- Ability to bring project to successful completion;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Computer proficiency;
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages;
- Ability and willingness to work with flexible schedule;
- Flexibility in intensive travel schedule.
