Responsibilities
- Provide service, solutions and relevant details to customers
- Be close to customers using an enterprise software-as-a-service solution every day
- Focus on providing a great customer experience via email, live chat, and phone, while gathering user and customer insights that will help us improve our user and customer experiences
- Provide high-touch, reactive customer solutions to customers via email, live chat, and phone
- Gather insights around how our solution wasn't initially meeting the customer's needs
- Log, categorize, and advocate for these insights and feedback with our internal teams
RequiredQualifications
- Email, live chat, and phone customer service experience
- Proficiency in written and oral communications in English
