Responsibilities
- Manage and lead agile and waterfall technology projects
- Design the overall project strategy
- Create, execute and control plans, and manage the change control process
- Ensure that all phases of programs and projects achieve their budgetary, schedule, quality, client satisfaction
- Provide subject matter expertise and/or technical or professional advice in project management
- Determine priorities and secure the needed project resources
- Provide regular reporting to the Manager
- Motivate project teams to work as a cohesive unit and ensure the completeness of the project's products
- Ensure that a proper operational handover and sustainment plan is in place and implemented on each project
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of projects
- Keep abreast of best practice in project management
RequiredQualifications
- University degree: in Technical field
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
- Thorough knowledge of PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban project management principles, practices, techniques and tools
- The ability to manage large complex projects and to develop and manage project budgets;
- Strong skills in the use of project management software applications (such as Microsoft Project JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to deliver to project schedule on time and with quality
- Analytical thinking
- Team working skills
- Ability to set priorities
- Advanced computer skills
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
