Description
We are looking for an active and enthusiastic person who will replace our specialist on maternity leave for 6 months with a possible extension. An ideal candidate may be both a newly graduated person and a person with work experience who meets the requirements of the position and is willing to work with us.
Responsibilities
-Reply to inquiries via telephone and e-mail correspondence
-Collect client data base
-Carry out translation
-Fill the Contract of the Services with required original and copied documents
-Manage and fill Customer Contact forms and indicate every time after follow up with any question or request
-Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer's issue and recommend valid solutions
-Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Supervisor
-Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
-Follow up on any customer issues connected with: technical, facility, cleaning and security services of the houses/lands
-Make an improvement offer for the company and represent to the Supervisor
-Other responsibilities within the position assigned by the Supervisor or directly by the CEO
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in Arabic Studies
-Proficiency in Arabic
-Fluency in Armenian and English is mandatory
-Ability to work as an individual and in a team environment
-Ability to work under pressure
-High sense of responsibility
-Ability to multitask
