Description
Responsibilities
- Technical Lead for a team of software engineers, guiding the day-to-day development and engineering practices
- Design, develop and maintain software code according to functional and technical design specifications;
- Follow Menu Group software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes;
- Assist team in resolving the problems in the BackEnd
- Decompose complicated problems into smaller tasks with clear and demonstrable objectives;
- Collaborate with product managers to scope, and estimate tasks on new product features.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor’ degree (master’s preferred) in Computer Science or any other relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Senior or Team Lead Position
- Excellent knowledge of OOP, design principles and patterns
- Solid work experience in Java/Java EE
- Knowledge of Spring Boot
- Hands-on work experience in Hibernate 4, RabbitMQ
- Experience in RESTful API and JSON
- Experience in Junit
- Hands-on work experience in RDBMS (MySQL)
- Experience in Git, Maven/Gradle
- Experience in Docker is a plus
- Experience in Jenkins is a plus
- Good knowledge of relational or non-relational databases
- Ability and desire to learn quickly
- Perfect communication skills for the proper execution of his duties.
- Capability of forming strong and meaningful team of developers, inspire trust and confidence in them.
- Experience in working and setting up the agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
