Responsibilities
- Technical Lead for a team of software engineers, guiding the day-to-day development and engineering practices
- Design, develop and maintain software code according to functional and technical design specifications;
- Follow Menu Group software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes;
- Assist team in resolving the problems in the BackEnd
- Decompose complicated problems into smaller tasks with clear and demonstrable objectives;
- Collaborate with product managers and UX-UI designers to wireframe, scope, and estimate tasks on new product features.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor’ degree (master’s preferred) in Computer Science or any other relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Senior or Team Lead Position
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript (ES6+ conventions), HTML5, CSS3, Sass/Less);
- Solid knowledge of Javascript Framework like Angular(2+) is a must; experience in React, Vue.js is preferable;
- Experience with RESTful services;
- Ability and desire to learn quickly
- Perfect communication skills for the proper execution of his duties.
- The capability of forming a strong and meaningful team of developers, inspire trust and confidence in them.
- Experience in working and setting up the agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
