Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers to the hotel, responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
- Handles reservations for guests with rental cars, restaurants, etc.
- Is always aware of current room status, rates and room availability
- Improves timeliness of cash flow by adhering to established credit and inventory control procedures
- Completes shift closing accurately by checking transactions done for any discrepancies to prevent any loss
- Closes business day, prepares reports during the night audits, informs the manager of any discrepancies and problems in availability and condition of rooms
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel, and effectively assists the hotel's guests
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian
