Description
EGT Express is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Head of Sales Department to develop and execute successful sales strategy and participate in the development of the Company business plan to grow revenues. The incumbent should also manage and lead customer relationship processes. The successful candidate should have broad sales management experience in the field of international transportation and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage sales activities;
- Lead the sales team;
- Conduct customer database analysis and targeting;
- Responsible for customer database maintenance;
- Contact and negotiate with potential and existing customers;
- Responsible for customer relationship activities with regularly planned visits, calls and email communication;
- Participate in the development of the Company sales strategy to achieve sales volume and profitability goals;
- Participate in advertising strategy development;
- Participate in the Company business plan development;
- Forecast, monitor and evaluate Sales team performance in achieving targets.
RequiredQualifications
- 5 years of managerial experience in transportation business or logistics; experience in international companies is a plus;
- Good knowledge of logistics and transportation processes, as well as international trade practices;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Good communication skills.
