Responsibilities
- Participate in elaboration of marketing budget and Company’s strategy;
- Forecast performance metrics, analyze and ensure plans/forecasts accuracy;
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations and other data reflecting the indices of dynamics;
- Plan, analyze and control marketing KPIs and perform marketing analytical activities;
- Conduct post-analysis of launched marketing initiatives;
- Cooperate with HQ over reporting issues.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing or Mathematics;
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics, planning and research activities, experience in telecommunication sector is preferred;
- Knowledge of marketing theory, tools of forecasting and planning;
- Knowledge of analytical tools (SWOT, PEST, competitive analysis and etc.);
- Knowledge of marketing surveys and research basics;
- Project management skills;
- Reporting, business writing and presentation skills;
- Analytical and strategic mindset;
- Team working and communication skills;
- Ability to set priorities and behave as a quick decision-maker in complex cases;
- Be stress-resistant, initiative and flexible;
- Time-management skills;
- Advanced computer skills: MS Office, Power Point, knowledge of SQL and VBA is an asset;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
