Responsibilities
● Answer customer support tickets, emails and chats
● Answer customer support emails
● Support our B2B team on Skype and via telephone
● Support our back office team with customer onboarding
● Support our Finance team with funding, invoicing and other payments
● Manage customer information on our CRM and customer portals
RequiredQualifications
Requirements
● Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
● Tech savvy and comfortable learning to use new software
● Experience with customer support
● Hard working can do attitude and not afraid to learn new things
Nice to haves
● Experience with banking, finance or similiar industrys
● Additional languages a plus
● Experience working with CRMs
● Experience with Zendesk
