Description
Sil Insurance ICJSC is looking for a candidate for the position of Call Center Specialist. The incumbent will be responsible for answering calls and providing support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer customers' inquiries through incoming calls;
- Submit claims to relevant specialists;
- Responsible for collection and analysis of customer service improvement data;
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; knowledge of Russian and English languages will be an asset;
- Sales skills;
- Communication skills;
- Sense of responsibility.
