Responsibilities
- Planning, execution, control and finalization of promotion projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Coordination and supervision of all key processes of the project on the field /recruitment, training, personnel management, planning, budgeting /
- Preparation of reports on conducted promo-projects
- Monitoring of the team’s progress, shortcomings identification and improvement propositions
RequiredQualifications
- At least 1 years of experience in BTL activities, promotions or sales/marketing related position
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Direct sales experience in retail industry
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Higher economic education
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English will be regarded as an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Readiness to work and support business processes overtime if necessary
