Responsibilities
-
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s business partners base and ensure it’s strong presence
-
Maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
-
Ensuring that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales and KPI targets are met
-
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; expos, establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
-
Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
-
Promoting the organization and its products
-
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
RequiredQualifications
-
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
-
A relevant work experience as a B2B sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
-
Demonstrated ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
-
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages, French will be a plus
-
Strong business sense and industry expertise
-
Flexibility and ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations

Effective business writing skills
