Marnoe Elite Real Estate LLC is looking for a Chief Accountant to maintain the accounting of its new opening Hotel.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and control the current accounting of the Hotel;
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role;
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to the Management as needed;
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts;
- Follow the accounting and tax requirements of the current legislation of Armenia and ensure that all procedures are completed based on current legislation;
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the Hotel.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance;
- Relevant experience in audit and costing is an advantage;
- Proficient knowledge of accounting software;
- Knowledge of Armenian Accounting Standards;
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Excellent strategic planning skills and ability to interact with all levels;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Communication and teamwork skills.
