Marnoe Elite Real Estate LLC is looking for a General Manager for its new opening hotel. The General Manager will be responsible for the entire Hotel operation including personnel matters and financial performance and will be the first representative of the Hotel company on board.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of all departments;
- Responsible for all hygienic standards and all standards to be achieved and maintained in all the areas of the Hotel;
- Represent the Hotel in various events and exhibitions;
- Plan and develop all aspects of the business with the aim to achieve business success and profitability;
- Always act in the best interests of the Company.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- Previous experience in hotel management in a 5* hotel;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Skills in public relations, which demands an excellent command of English and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of budget planning and financial controls;
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities;
- Highly responsible and reliable person.
