We are looking for proactive people to join and help our staffing team.
Responsibilities
-Intense sales of staffing services, make business development calls (cold calls)
-Find leads and opportunities, identify clients in need of staffing services
-Build relationship with HR Managers and IT Specialists
-Document conversations, contacts with clients, offers and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System
-Generate job orders
-Prioritize incoming recruiting requests to handle efficiently multiple assignments
-Execute openings, submit candidates
-Negotiate rates/fees with the clients
-Support clients after placements
-Maintain relationship with existing clients to be updated with future openings
-Find, proceed and document IT Staffing request-for-proposals
-Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
-Follow the company workflow
RequiredQualifications
-Evening shift employment
-Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English is a must
-Creativity, flexibility and enthusiasm
-100% commitment to success
-Ability to easily get oriented in the internet and make efficient searches, familiarity with SEO is a plus
-Ability to talk on the phone in an energetic and enthusiastic manner
-Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
-Fearless, self-motivated, and highly inquisitive with strong listening skills and a great attitude
-Sociable, likable person, must enjoy talking on the phone
-Good computer skills, ability to learn new software easily
-Good time management skills
